Terms & Conditions & Release of Liability Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice allows the deposit to be transferred to one future appointment. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect scheduled appointment times. Payment The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Release of Liability By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge that all hair services carry inherent risks. You agree to release and hold harmless the stylist from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from services performed, including but not limited to allergic reactions, hair damage, or dissatisfaction with results, provided services are performed in good faith and with professional care. Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Release of Liability.
